That is not possible. If you want a website you will have to get used to ads since that’s the only way a company can get continuous money flow to help pay to keep that site open. a good basic editor which seems to get better as each year progresses would be freewebs.com. Many people have created their websites there already and is spreading across the World Wide Web right now.

I know this has been asked before but I also have certain requests.
-Uses Paypal
-Bills Monthly (ONLY)
-Cheap (under $ 10 a month)
-Allows PHP, MYSQL, and mass emailing
-Decent amount of space
-No popups
-Little or no lag
-No ADs

If you give me a site that I can use, you will get your 10 points =)
